From its inception, UFP has made a significant commitment to building a foundation for its Total Quality Management Program.
UFP has the sophisticated analytical equipment required for its Statistical Process Control (SPC) and new product development programs. On site capabilities include chemistry and particle size distribution analysis.
UFP customers can count on data generated by a new S3500 Microtrac Analyzer for particle distribution studies. Chemical analysis is conducted with a state of the art Leeman Prodigy Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). An Eltra CS-800 analyzer is used for carbon/sulfur analysis, and a Leco TC-136 analyzer for oxygen/nitrogen studies. |
